Essential Textile Art offers a number of ways to pay for products ordered from this site. We do our best to keep all items listed on this web site available for immediate delivery. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it has been reordered and is expected shortly. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. Please note that no credit card details are held on this site.
Payment Options
Option 1: Secure Online Ordering
We have an online ordering system with shopping cart to make life even easier. For international customers the postage component changes when you get to the part your address is entered in. It will show $0 and the correct amount will be added to your order after it is weighed. If you would like a quote prior to ordering just send us an email.
Option 2: Paypal
Email us your order to us by using the contact us page and then use Paypal to make the payment to us for the amount of the full order. Fully secure system which means we do not receive your financial details at all. CLICK HERE to go to our Paypal payments page for more detail.
Option 3: Email
Email us your order to us by using the contact us page and send your credit card details in three separate emails for security. Once the order, shipping address and payment information is received we will process the order and delete all emails containing financial information. If there is a delay in fulfilling the order we will let you know and ask if you wish us to retain the information until further stock arrives.
Option 4: Bank Transfer
Email your order to us and we will reply with our Bank Account information. Simply transfer the full amount to our account and we will post on receipt of payment. In the reference section of the transfer please place your last name so we can match up the payment and order. Your account information is not revealed to us and the transfer is done via your bank's internet banking site.
Option 5: Mail
Post your order to us at Essential Textile Art, PO Box 167, Arana Hills QLD 4054 with payment details. Please include your address and a contact number in case we need to contact you.
Option 6: Fax
Fax you order through to 07 3351 1004 with payment details. Please include your address and a contact number in case we need to contact you.
