Fabric Foils
Foiling fabric is a fantastic way to add a bit of sparkle to your cloth. The easiest way to affix the foil is to use vliseofix (or wonder under or other double sided fusible). Place the vliseofix onto the cloth you want to foil, stick it to the cloth, remove backing but keep it close by. Place foil over fabric gold (or silver) facing up. Use a spoon to burnish (rub) the foil onto the fabric. Remove foil sheet and you have foiled fabric. The trick is to keep the heat up. As the vliesofix cools down you will need to replace the backing paper and heat the vliesofix up and then continue foiling. Heat setting on the iron is to match the fabric type you are using.
